I am an experienced, professionally qualified and registered clinical hypnotherapist based in Eastbourne and also at Quayside Dental and Health on The Waterfront in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. I am also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners for Clinical Hypnosis and am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy is one of the oldest, most natural and safest of the complementary therapies. It is not at all like stage hypnotism.
